I’m not a big account but Kerilyn treats as if I am. IMO she is a huge asset to the company. All my business with them has been exemplary and will always use them for all my projects!
Item Reviewed:Great customer service and support from Jenn. Knowledgeable understanding, and patient.
Item Reviewed:I delivered the heat mat drawings to the warehouse by mistake and your employee at that location went out of his way to help me get my order placed. My order was filled in record time and my customer was thrilled. Thank You!
Item Reviewed:As part of meeting our goal for all electric heat, we found after installing heat pump splits in adjoining rooms, that we still had to kick in the gas heat to bump the kitchen warm enough. Installing WarmlyYours heating elements under a new floor surface did the trick nicely.
Item Reviewed:I’m a DIY retired surgeon. Over the years I’ve tiled entire bathrooms, kitchens, rec rooms, laundry and utility rooms maybe 40 times. I’ve done three heated floors, twice with WarmlyYours products. This go around I used the WY Custom Matt offering which is not well represented on their website. The Matt material looks and feels like landscape fabric. The heating wires are sandwiched between a layer of fabric on each side. The Matt is cut according to the precise floor plan that you provide. My floor plan had a number of corners, etc so I felt the custom mat was going to be easiest to install. Only one hint to share . Use ALOT of thin set between the mat and tile. Otherwise the tiles will seat on top of the wires and you will have issues with tiles teeter tottering on the wire and even after the thin set cures there can be enough movement still on the tile that your grout will pop out. This is tough to remedy later since you run the risk of damaging the wires if you try to pull up tile that is stuck to the mat. The toothed trowel bumps ove the wires as you spread the thin set creating an uneven bed of thin set. The day they come up with a mat that has a consistent thickness they will have a true winner.
Thank you for your review. Over the years, one of the most requested features for a floor heating product has been "the thinner the better". Because of that, we have made the custom mats as thin as we can. The mat is approximately 1/8" thick. To reduce the height of the mat, it is important to use a 1/4" x 1/4", or similar, square notched trowel to adhere the mat to the subfloor. Use just enough thinset to get the non-woven mesh to make solid contact with the subfloor. With this thin layer of thinset, we have had excellent results, with limited impact to the floor height.
Great product and easy to install. Warm bathroom floors are pure heaven
Item Reviewed:To my knowledge this is my first ever review - but WarmlyYours (WY) earned it! My wife and I (66 and 67 years ago) recently (couple months ago) completed our installation of the 847 feet 240 volt floor heating cable (Temp Zone Floor Heating Cable) for a new sunroom we had recently added (About 17' by 17'). We used the Prodeso matt under the cable and we installed 18 by 18 ceramic tiles as the flooring surface. We also purchase the n-spire programable thermostat. Our contact person at WY was Jennifer Stasica (Melus) and she was phenomenal. We went thru several (actually many) design and product options before settling in on the ceramic tile as our flooring option. I had a little trouble getting the thermostat connected but the WY tech team was Johnny on the spot and quickly helped me get the thermo connected. For full disclosure my wife and I are both pretty handy - but the instruction from start (checking cable) – to finish (connecting thermos) are spot on and easy to follow. I also took the time to contact Custom Building Products tech support for their recommendation on the bonding primer (we put down on plywood floor) and best thin sent to use in this application (bonding primer MBP and thin set ProLite Premium Large Format). We used the two-step method for installation, i.e Thinset the Prodeso, lay the cable according to the WY supplied plan, then set wire into Predeso and an finally title onto the covered Prodeso/heating cable. I will not hesitate in using WY for any future heating projects but I am thankful this large project is completed. For a bathroom etc. putting down Temp Zone cable would be an easy project. Thank you again Jennifer - and pass on my thanks to your engineering team for the many renditions we worked thru. PS another reason I waited to do this review was to see how the heated floor performed. No really cold days yet - but on the cooler evenings it is meeting my expectations.
Item Reviewed:My installer liked the concept and looks forward to working with this in the future. So easy to install!
Item Reviewed:I got and installed a heated floor myself and followed all the steps in the installation but the papers never said to test the sensor which was bad and now under layers of thin set, mortar and tile. When I got the errors I called this company for help. Their tech walked me through many steps and we figured out the problem. He recommended a replacement sensor and how to install it. We replaced the sensor and now the floor works great!!!! Thank you WarmlyYours
Thank you for your review. I'm glad we were able to get your problem sorted and that your is floor up and running. Here is a link to the install manual for your reference.

Item Reviewed:Great product. Easy to quote, easy to order and arrives quickly. Staff is always helpful. Most important, our customer loves their new heated floor!
Item Reviewed:The designer did not listen to my instructions. I told the salesman that the floor was highly insulated below the subfloor and that the vinyl covering had a temperature limit of 85 degrees. He specified your hottest possible arrangement for the floor size. (Three inch spacing with 3.7 watt wire and very narrow areas at the edge.) It should have had 4 or 5 inch spacing with your cooler 3.0 watt wire. ) I did not catch it until I had it for a while and was very bothered that it was too hot. Eventually I had to send it back and order a much shorter wire.
I'm sorry, we no longer stock the older-style 3 watt cable in a size that is required for your space. We apologize if there was a mixup in our discussions with you. We have historically had very good results with 3.7 watt cable spaced at 3" for enclosed porches. Enclosed porches are usually subjected to high amounts of heat loss, even if the floor is well insulated. It is better to have plenty of BTUs with some to spare than to not have enough. The thermostat that you purchased comes with a floor sensor. With the floor sensor installed in the floor, the thermostat can be set to limit the actual floor temperature to a specific temperature. This "Floor Limit" can be set to any temperature that you desire, or is required by the flooring manufacturer. The floor temperature will not exceed the value you enter, whether the wire is spaced at 3" or 4". We have found that 4" wire spacing works well in a second floor room with a heated room below, but may not have enough output for an enclosed porch. We rarely, if ever, quote 5" spacing because of "striping" of the heat which can result in cold spots in the floor. In the end, we always design a system that we believe will consistently deliver a great result. Thanks for your feedback, we appreciate it.
I was going to use a competitor's product, but every place that 'carried' it I also had to order it. Since the tile guy was coming over on a specific date I needed to make sure everything was in place, & based on experience I couldn't trust Lowe's or HD's site when it said it would come in by a Wednesday of the week needed. I called WarmlyYours, they confirmed that they had all the items in inventory & could ship the same day. I texted the bathroom plans and later that day they got back w/ the design and a quote. I ordered it that Friday afternoon, and was shocked that it showed up at my door the next day-Saturday. Everything went as stated. Very nice when facing delays w/ so many of the other items in our project.
Item Reviewed:This product is wonderful. It was easy to install, especially with the line monitor, so that you are always sure you haven't broken a line. The controls are intuitive and easy to operate. I'd put this in another room, for sure!
Item Reviewed:They verified my order before I ordered the products so i got what I needed. Speedy delivery as well
Item Reviewed:I’ve been trying to find an easy way to warm up my son’s bedroom above garage, when I came across WarmlyYours. The radiant heating system was designed by WarmlyYours and installed underneath our new carpet. The whole process was great. We couldn’t be happier. It looks and works great. Thank you.
Item Reviewed:I wanted to remodel my master bath which already had a WarmlyYours heated floor system installed. Since I was replacing the tile flooring, the old system had to be taken up and a new one installed. Mary was great in helping find the previous layout from the original installation and create the updated layout. Mary and everyone else in Tech Support was incredibly helpful and worked with me and my contractor to get the layout right and installed properly. On top of all that, they gave me a great discount as a previous customer upgrading to a newer system.
Item Reviewed:Ordering process was a breeze. Repeated contact from Lynn to answer questions was very helpful. Instructions packed in the product were very thorough. Installation was pretty straight forward. Only (minor) difficulty was getting small wires from the temp sensor into the little screw contacts on the thermostat (could be improved by using solid wires rather than stranded). The programmable thermostat is extremely easy to set up and adjust -- great design.
Item Reviewed:Easy to install. thermostats look great, Happy Customer !
Item Reviewed:We just moved into a 1965 Daylight Ranch near Portland, OR, and the walk-out basement is where my daughter has her bedroom. Since it's on a concrete slab, with a concrete wall on one side, the room was always a bit on the chilly side, and just the slightest bit of dampness in the air. We decided to install the WarmlyYours Environ Flex Roll, as we had done in 2008 back in our home in NY. Back then, it was installed under a travertine tile kitchen floor, and it ended up being a major selling point. The system is easy to install, as there is a layout diagram and complete instructions included. The electricians who came to install the new line and breaker for the floor were so impressed, I believe they are planning a similar installation in their homes. My daughter's bedroom is now cozy and there's no slight dampness anymore. When we remodel the kitchen here, we will absolutely install a WarmlyYours floor heating system.
Item Reviewed:Adding the radiant heat to our bathroom floor was the best improvement we have done in out house in years. It changed our late night winter trips to the bathroom. The floor was always freezing and even stepping out of the shower was a shock to the senses. Now its a pleasure to feel the warmth. The customer support is very helpful and thorough which is rare today. I had a condition where the floor would not go above 83 and I assumed there was a problem with the install. I spoke with a rep for a long while about this problem. An hour later i received a call advising me to check if the thermostat was set to laminate flooring instead of tile. It was. Problem solved. I highly recommend WarmlyYours if you are considering radiant flooring.
Item Reviewed:As a homeowner, I installed the product myself and found it to be exactly as it was advertised. The system was easy to install and I had everything I needed to be successful. Now that the bathroom is finished, we wonder how we got along without a warm, welcoming floor.
