I got and installed a heated floor myself and followed all the steps in the installation but the papers never said to test the sensor which was bad and now under layers of thin set, mortar and tile. When I got the errors I called this company for help. Their tech walked me through many steps and we figured out the problem. He recommended a replacement sensor and how to install it. We replaced the sensor and now the floor works great!!!! Thank you WarmlyYours
