Radiant Floor Heating for Pets

Totally impressed with WarmlyYours.

Heat all the floors in my cabin/home and they are amazing. Most importantly, when I had a bit of trouble the service was better than any other company I’ve ever worked with. Their service team crushed it when I thought I had damaged my kitchen and provided incredibly smart guidance. Hat’s off to people who know their job and are friendly, and willing to help troubleshoot 🙏

I installed a heated floor in our basement bathroom in 2003.

Back then I researched suppliers and the cost was all about the same - but WarmlyYours had higher ratings, so I went with that. Boy was I glad I did! The reason for those ratings was the service. I'm pretty handy, but this project was new teritory for me. I got it finished, and wow what a difference! My wife was mad because the little bathroom in the basement was now the nicest in the house!! Fast forward to two years ago, and the controller went on the fritz. Twenty years of running perfect in a high humidity environment... to be expected I guess. Anyhow, a quick call, and I was put in touch with a tech person who walked me through testing the controller to find out the issue. Once determined that I needed a new one, they matched an upgraded one to the system, and gave me a hefty discount (I think 40%) for my trouble. After twenty years though I expected to pay full price so I was completely surprized. I got the new controller, hooked it up, and it has been running great since. I can't say enough about their customer service, and the fact that they stand behind their product 100 percent. Who does that in todays world??

I installed a WarmlyYours floor during a bathroom remodel.

It has absolutely ruined every other floor in my house. As soon as I step out of the comfort of my WarmlyYours heated floor in my bathroom, I am left with cold feet and overwhelming sense that I need to get heated floors for every square inch of my house. It is beyond me how I have gone so long without a heated floor. In all seriousness, this was a great product with even better support. The ordering process was simple and I really appreciated having a custom plan for my project. Looking forward to buying again and warming up the rest of my floors.

I had this product installed in my recently renovated bathroom and it’s perfection.

A warm floor on a cold day is a real treat, and the whole room is cozy. It’s a small bathroom so the cost was a fraction of the whole project. I don’t notice any increase in my electric bill, but if I did it would be worth it to me since I’m not using the gas-fired (fossil fuel) boiler for that room. Speaking of which, removing the radiator gave me more floor space for a wider vanity. If your vanity is on legs, a tip I have for you is to extend the system about an inch or two under the vanity to keep your toes warm. This is my first heated floor, but when it comes time to replace any other floors of my home, I will definitely install this system. The company was so easy to work with, and Pauline has all the answers you want, including what you don’t know you need. This was also the first time my contractor installed this system, and he had no issues at all after watching the installation video and once he realized he had to set the control to heat “tile” flooring. Be aware that you’ll need to install a dedicated electrical line to the controller. The controller is programmable so that you can set the operational time and the temperature of the heating elements. It’s already cold in NY so I just keep mine on most of the day since I’m working from home. Another plus for me is that this is a woman-owned business. There’s no downside to working with WarmlyYours.

We love our heated floors!

We put WarmlyYours in our downstairs bedroom and main bathroom. What a treat it is to put your bare feet on a warm floor in the middle of winter! The installation directions were pretty accurate, although the directions said to put only a few staples in and we found we had to put a ton of staples in otherwise the floor floated way easier than we expected. Other than that, we would definitely recommend WarmlyYours heated flooring products and we would use them again in future homes.

Excellent experience.

The sales and technical support was excellent and both took care of every question I had. The only negative I had was on the circuit check device. One of the terminals on the circuit check was bad. A screw on the factory side of the terminal strip was cross threaded and the factory wire was making intermittent contact which gave false alarms. Once I found it, a simple jumper fixed it. One technical comment. When you do a cut and flip per the instructions, the runs match nicely but so do the heater end loops. They align loop to loop between the passes. This however, is contrary to the instructions noting the heater end loops should be offset between passes. Had take some of the heater wire off the mesh to get the space needed for the end loops to be offset. Again, not a big deal but the instructions could be clearer. Overall very pleased, and strongly recommended WarmlyYours to a friend and will use again if I do the other bathroom floor. Thanks for the help. Jim

This pad has just enough supportive squish and thickness to help with 1/32 inch variations in subfloor, by my estimation.

It's comparable in function and probably insulative break to a quarter inch roll of natural cork. The two foot by 3 ft pieces fit together well, I taped some of the seams to aid in installation. Cutting with a razor knife or heavy duty scissors is very easy. I think this underlayment really facilitated the use of the warmly yours radiant heat mat on top. I appreciate that it provides a thermal break between the wires and the subfloor, and help radiate the heat upwards through the finished floor.

This is a great product and customer service is was good to deal with.

I used these for two shower seats. Turnes out they are easy to install prior to tile and work well.
