liked everything about it other than internal calibration was needed to get it to program. Scott was very helpful, easy fix. I do think that a note should be included with a warning that if it will not program (ground fault error) to call tech services. It would have saved the client money in having to have an electrician return to fix a very simple thing. I suggest that you inform Julia about that.

Tried a floor heater thermostat from China and couldn’t make it work. Called WarmlyYours and they were super helpful and nice. They even gave me a discount because I was replacing an older WarmlyYours unit.

Old controller died after several years of faithful service. Great diagnosis by WarmlyYours Technical folks. Offered us several options and + and - for each. Order processed that day. Setup was easy although distributor code wasn't obvious and recommend the sales people specifically mention it at time of sale. Once found, install done, and warm floors are BACK. Thanks, Doug Serpa

Troy was great during the selling stage; the installation instructions are clear and accurate; the flex mat was easy to install under floor tiles. We are looking forward activating the 3 bathroom floor heating systems. If the product works as well as anticipated we will be happy indeed.
