WarmlyYours Shipping Policy

At WarmlyYours, we know you want to install and begin enjoying the benefits of your radiant heating products as soon as possible. To help you better plan your project, we have provided our shipping times for various products. Please note the times listed below are the estimated number of business days* for the products to leave our warehouse or manufacturing facility. The times listed here do NOT include transit time with the shipping carrier.


External factors beyond our control may mean we're unable to use some shipping methods or to ship some items to remote locations, such as Alaska, Hawaii, or Nunavut. However, despite these challenges, one thing is certain ā€” we promise to do our very best to work with you and our carriers to ensure you get your products in a pristine state in as timely a manner as possible.


Shipping Times

To keep your project moving, WarmlyYours provides same day shipping on most of our products. In fact, 99% of our orders can be shipped the same day.

Any standard size products that we have in stock at our warehouse can be shipped the same day.

For US orders shipping via parcel, simply submit your order by 12 PM Central Time and we will process your order and have it on its way by the end of the day.

In Canada, please submit your order by 12 PM Eastern Time for same day shipping.

We will do our best to honor the original shipping carrier and method that was selected for your order, however, in case of carrier limitations or service disruptions, we reserve the right to change the carrier to avoid unnecessary delays or charges related to the processing of your order.

For the special discounted 'Economy Shipping' option, we will choose the specific ground service carrier to ship your order. Please allow for 7 business days in the US or 9 business days in Canada for your order to arrive via our "Economy Shipping" option, though in practice most orders will arrive within a few days.

In many cases, we can ship your order with Saturday delivery. Please contact us directly by phone to inquire if you need your order delivered on a Saturday, especially if ordering on Thursday or Friday. Additional charges will apply.

While we'd love to ship everything to you immediately, some products, such as custom orders, do take a bit more time for us to manufacture to meet your needs.

Here are the types of products that may require additional time to ship:

  1. Custom Manufactured Products
    Because these products are designed to meet your design specifications and are manufactured especially for you upon receiving your order, they will take longer to ship.
    • TempZoneā„¢ Custom Floor Heating Mats: 8 to 10 business days
  2. Drop-Shipped Items
    Items that are drop-shipped from the manufacturing facility, instead of the warehouse, may take longer to ship.
    TempZone™ Custom Mats Floor Heating Mats (if customer chooses drop-shipping option):
    • 1 to 2 business days for Canadian orders
    • 2 to 3 business days for U.S. orders
  3. Advance Orders and Special Orders
    While we do stock certain models in our warehouse, many of our radiant heating panels are special ordered for the customer.
    Ember panels stocked in our warehouse can be shipped the same day, however, special order Ember panels can take up to 3 months to ship.
    All of our countertop heating products are special ordered. For standard FeelsWarmĀ® Countertop Heaters**, please allow for 8 to 10 business days for the product to ship.
  4. Back-Orders
    While we do our best to keep inventory current, during busy sales periods we may run out of stock of a given item in the WarmlyYours warehouse. If an item is back-ordered, donā€™t worry. We will get it in as soon as possible and notify you of the estimated shipping time. For back-ordered floor heating products, you might not have to wait. Because we offer a range of products to meet your heating needs, we can talk to you about redesigning your project using products currently in stock, so that you can get your project underway as soon as possible.
  5. Warehouse Pick Up
    We offer warehouse pick up for local customers. Warehouse pick up is now free. If you choose this option, you will be informed by e-mail when the order is ready for pick up.
  6. Carrier and Postal Holidays
    Please be aware of carrier and postal holidays when you select your order shipper.

Shipment Insurance and High Value Shipments

WarmlyYours uses Shipsurance to insure parcel orders. Orders that are shipped with signature confirmation are subject to the per package insured value coverage limits listed below.

Please note that without signature confirmation, Shipsurance coverage is limited to $1,000 worth of coverage per package.

WarmlyYours provides shipping insurance as a benefit to our valued customers and cannot be held liable for loss or damage beyond the listed insured coverage limits.

Tracking Your Order

Once your WarmlyYours products have shipped, you can track them through the shipping carrier (e.g. UPS). En route shipping times vary with the type of shipping and destination. Contact the carrier for more information.


14 Calendar Day Inspection Period for Missing/Damaged Items

Please note that you have a window of 14 calendar days (starting on the date of delivery) to report any missing or damaged items in your WarmlyYours order.

All missing or damaged items must be reported to your WarmlyYours account manager or a WarmlyYours customer service representative at (800) 875-5285 within 14 days of your order's delivery date to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
