great service

in the fall of 2022 i installed a WarmlyYours system in my living room and dining room and they sold the thermostat and powermodule. however I had previously installed a competitors product which did not come with a programmable thermostat. i ordered the same thermostats from WarmlyYours both for function as well as esthetics as it give to same look and funtionality for both the Kitchen floor as well as the Dining Room Living room.

Replaced older model and was flawless

Some of the best customer service that I have experienced in a while. My floor warming system was about 5 years old and quit working this year. I called the company and explained my issue. They first recommended that I perform an ohms test to determine if it was a floor pad issue at thermostat before sending me a replacement. After determining it was the thermostat, they recommended a newer unit and gave me a competitive price on the unit. During the installation process I called the technician to ensue that I was performing the installation correctly, even though it is straight forward. However, upon discussing with the technician, we determined that I had a 120 volt system and my original electrician, wired it 240 volt. It is amazing that the system did not burn out and is probably the reason that the thermostat burned out. I changed my breaker box circuit to 120 volt (actually had an electrician do it) and everything is working perfectly.

Replacement purchase

WarmlyYours made it quite an easy purchase a replacement thermostat for our original installment. They practice what they preach. They really do make you feel part of their community. Our floor heating unit had expired after close too ten years of steady use. I was helped through the process in purchasing a compatible unit for replacement. The unit arrived within days and in great condition from the shipper. We had a licensed electrician seamlessly install the new unit. We did have to call into service for a calibration question. Our call was taken and figured out within minutes. The touch pad on the unit allowed us to be up and running quickly. Much easier upgrade use from the new unit. Do yourself a favor and definitely give this company your attention, if you're in need one of the products they offer. Sincerely, a satisfied customer.

Great service, great company. The folks I dealt with on the phone were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Since I was replacing an older, discontinued model they gave me a 50% discount on the new one. I would definitely buy from them again.

New thermostat

After 7 years my old thermostat died. I called WarmlyYours and got help. They were great! Jeff Burnett explained the prices of new thermostats. I ordered one and it has been installed. I can tell you that the time without it was not good. I love my heated floor!

Worth every penny!

I’m a DIY retired surgeon. Over the years I’ve tiled entire bathrooms, kitchens, rec rooms, laundry and utility rooms maybe 40 times. I’ve done three heated floors, twice with WarmlyYours products. This go around I used the WY Custom Matt offering which is not well represented on their website. The Matt material looks and feels like landscape fabric. The heating wires are sandwiched between a layer of fabric on each side. The Matt is cut according to the precise floor plan that you provide. My floor plan had a number of corners, etc so I felt the custom mat was going to be easiest to install. Only one hint to share . Use ALOT of thin set between the mat and tile. Otherwise the tiles will seat on top of the wires and you will have issues with tiles teeter tottering on the wire and even after the thin set cures there can be enough movement still on the tile that your grout will pop out. This is tough to remedy later since you run the risk of damaging the wires if you try to pull up tile that is stuck to the mat. The toothed trowel bumps ove the wires as you spread the thin set creating an uneven bed of thin set. The day they come up with a mat that has a consistent thickness they will have a true winner.

Thank you for your review. Over the years, one of the most requested features for a floor heating product has been "the thinner the better". Because of that, we have made the custom mats as thin as we can. The mat is approximately 1/8" thick. To reduce the height of the mat, it is important to use a 1/4" x 1/4", or similar, square notched trowel to adhere the mat to the subfloor. Use just enough thinset to get the non-woven mesh to make solid contact with the subfloor. With this thin layer of thinset, we have had excellent results, with limited impact to the floor height.
