Ordered a new thermostat and had some questions on how to hook it up. Excellent customer service!
Item Reviewed:Great service, great company. The folks I dealt with on the phone were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Since I was replacing an older, discontinued model they gave me a 50% discount on the new one. I would definitely buy from them again.
Item Reviewed:Both the unit we received and installed, and the customer service are top rate. It was a pleasure dealing with Mary and everyone else at WarmlyYours. The controller works great, and even serves as our new nite lite in the bath. Thank you and keep up the good work.
Item Reviewed:Thank you for the responsive phone and chat consult in choosing a replacement thermostat for my WarmlyYours heated bathroom floor. I'm very happy with the upgrade, and with the experience I had working directly with you.
Item Reviewed:I got this as a replacement to mine that stopped working and so far its great. It's attractive, quiet, and easy to program. Was installed very easily as well.
Item Reviewed:As always Jenn West is always a pleasure to work with! I NEVER have to worry about my product showing up and being wrong. She is always very helpful and makes for a great working environment. Thanks Jenn
Item Reviewed:It is working great and a lot easier to set up and use. I love it.
Item Reviewed:After 7 years my old thermostat died. I called WarmlyYours and got help. They were great! Jeff Burnett explained the prices of new thermostats. I ordered one and it has been installed. I can tell you that the time without it was not good. I love my heated floor!
Item Reviewed:I’m a DIY retired surgeon. Over the years I’ve tiled entire bathrooms, kitchens, rec rooms, laundry and utility rooms maybe 40 times. I’ve done three heated floors, twice with WarmlyYours products. This go around I used the WY Custom Matt offering which is not well represented on their website. The Matt material looks and feels like landscape fabric. The heating wires are sandwiched between a layer of fabric on each side. The Matt is cut according to the precise floor plan that you provide. My floor plan had a number of corners, etc so I felt the custom mat was going to be easiest to install. Only one hint to share . Use ALOT of thin set between the mat and tile. Otherwise the tiles will seat on top of the wires and you will have issues with tiles teeter tottering on the wire and even after the thin set cures there can be enough movement still on the tile that your grout will pop out. This is tough to remedy later since you run the risk of damaging the wires if you try to pull up tile that is stuck to the mat. The toothed trowel bumps ove the wires as you spread the thin set creating an uneven bed of thin set. The day they come up with a mat that has a consistent thickness they will have a true winner.
Thank you for your review. Over the years, one of the most requested features for a floor heating product has been "the thinner the better". Because of that, we have made the custom mats as thin as we can. The mat is approximately 1/8" thick. To reduce the height of the mat, it is important to use a 1/4" x 1/4", or similar, square notched trowel to adhere the mat to the subfloor. Use just enough thinset to get the non-woven mesh to make solid contact with the subfloor. With this thin layer of thinset, we have had excellent results, with limited impact to the floor height.
After ten years the thermostat for our floors stopped working. They offered me a deal on a better one. Received and installed within minutes. Working again. Thanks!!!
Item Reviewed:Shopped around at big hardware stores but WarmlyYours offered a greater selection and terrific customer service. They were very responsive to questions, and helped me with an exchange when my original purchase was slightly oversized for our sunroom. They were also helpful with my contractor handling questions he had about the installation. The radiant heat in our sunroom floor has made the space so enjoyable during this cool fall season.
Item Reviewed:Excellent assistance in helping me replace my failed floor thermosat.
Item Reviewed:My installer liked the concept and looks forward to working with this in the future. So easy to install!
Item Reviewed:I upgrade to this from the non-programmable one, what a difference. Very intuitive, only had to change the face plate. I really like access to all the modes and it is simple to operate. I would suggest if you are thinking of the non-programmable one, spend the extra buck as you will really appreciate what this can do.
Item Reviewed:Very basic unit, works well, easy to install and of course with great technical support. I did upgrade after a short time as I desired a bit more features. Although, for simplicity, you cannot beat this one.
Item Reviewed:The product speaks for its self and the service is excellent.
Item Reviewed:Good service and the thermostat works great.

Item Reviewed:The designer did not listen to my instructions. I told the salesman that the floor was highly insulated below the subfloor and that the vinyl covering had a temperature limit of 85 degrees. He specified your hottest possible arrangement for the floor size. (Three inch spacing with 3.7 watt wire and very narrow areas at the edge.) It should have had 4 or 5 inch spacing with your cooler 3.0 watt wire. ) I did not catch it until I had it for a while and was very bothered that it was too hot. Eventually I had to send it back and order a much shorter wire.
I'm sorry, we no longer stock the older-style 3 watt cable in a size that is required for your space. We apologize if there was a mixup in our discussions with you. We have historically had very good results with 3.7 watt cable spaced at 3" for enclosed porches. Enclosed porches are usually subjected to high amounts of heat loss, even if the floor is well insulated. It is better to have plenty of BTUs with some to spare than to not have enough. The thermostat that you purchased comes with a floor sensor. With the floor sensor installed in the floor, the thermostat can be set to limit the actual floor temperature to a specific temperature. This "Floor Limit" can be set to any temperature that you desire, or is required by the flooring manufacturer. The floor temperature will not exceed the value you enter, whether the wire is spaced at 3" or 4". We have found that 4" wire spacing works well in a second floor room with a heated room below, but may not have enough output for an enclosed porch. We rarely, if ever, quote 5" spacing because of "striping" of the heat which can result in cold spots in the floor. In the end, we always design a system that we believe will consistently deliver a great result. Thanks for your feedback, we appreciate it.
My old controller finally died (12y...but the other one still going strong!) Call to WY and they had a new one (at half price) on the way to me the next day. Got it, installed it (a snap), and "Bob's your uncle!"
Item Reviewed:I was going to use a competitor's product, but every place that 'carried' it I also had to order it. Since the tile guy was coming over on a specific date I needed to make sure everything was in place, & based on experience I couldn't trust Lowe's or HD's site when it said it would come in by a Wednesday of the week needed. I called WarmlyYours, they confirmed that they had all the items in inventory & could ship the same day. I texted the bathroom plans and later that day they got back w/ the design and a quote. I ordered it that Friday afternoon, and was shocked that it showed up at my door the next day-Saturday. Everything went as stated. Very nice when facing delays w/ so many of the other items in our project.
