My heated floor quit working and I missed it. I contacted WarmlyYours chat function and was told the thermostat needed to be replaced if there was power and it was blank. I ordered the replacement thermostat at a discounted price and it arrived within a couple of days. Customer service was excellent in the ordering process and talking to the installing electrician to help with troubleshooting the heated floor. Mary G was especially helpful. She followed up after the thermostat arrived and also helped expediate the refund of an extra thermostat that I didn't need.
