From start to finish a truly exceptional experience. My initial request for information was handled by Jenn West, account manager. She patiently answered all my questions and then took the time to understand my renovation project. She designed a floor heat layout that covered all areas of my bathroom, while ensuring heating coils were safely clear of the wax ring of my toilet bowl. My subsequent calls and requests for minor adjustments were handled quickly and thoughtfully. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Amazing sales and service support from beginning to end. We were putting the WarmlyYours electric heat system between a concrete slab and our engineered hardwood. We had lots of questions along the way and Troy was great support throughout. It is now installed and working great!

WarmlyYours made a recommendation based on the room dimensions, subfloor and finished flooring. It was spot on. Directions were straight forward. Materials were pretty easy to install. My room is on a slab and was always chilly in the winter. The room is now evenly comfortable.

I purchased TempZone™ Flex Roll 120V 1.5′ x 70′, 105 sq.ft., 13.2A, TRT120-1.5x70. I installed on top of CeraZorb which was installed on top of concrete slab. The instructions were easy to follow and the installation went very smooth. I would give 5 stars except the tape would not stay stuck into the CeraZorb and I had to use hot glue to keep the roll down. I also purchased the nSpire Touch: Touch Thermostat Programmable, which I love. The touch screen makes it so easy to program.

I was a little skeptical about putting electric floor heating in, especially when it said that it is not to be the main heating. Everything was so easy, and we had it installed in two days! The electricity went out one evening, and my renters said it got so cold, and that the floor heating really made a difference. WarmlyYours made ordering easy! Everything we needed was there! Glad we did it through WarmlyYours and not trying to figure it out on our own. Thanks so much!

We are very happy with our WarmlyYours heated floor. The WarmlyYours Staff was very easy to work with and helpful! The installation was fairly easy and it works beautifully! Love it!!! We have a heated floor on our main level of the house from another company. It was very expensive, and parts have stopped working. I Researched every electric floor heating product available. I am an Electrical Contractor so I understand when someone is trying to BS me when it comes to electrical application. so after talking with many of the competitive floor heat manufacturers and suppliers I found myself over whelmed and Frustrated. I had sales people lying to me to sell their product. When I talked with WarmlyYours they answered the call and addressed every question I had and when they didn't know the answer they conferenced in some one who could answer it. No delay no Back and forth and no BS. They designed my system (800 Sq Ft with 5 zones ) within a couple days, I placed the order and had my product within a week. I bought both a heated towel rack and heated floor from WarmlyYours. I chose WarmlyYours over the competition because of customer service. After a few question Mary understood my needs and within a few hours I had an estimate along with the recommended heated floor plan based on the floorplan I provided. My first system 16 years ago I installed myself. Nice to have a plan for the install from WY. Recent two systems I had my tile guy install. So nice to have warm floor in the morning. Feeling of Luxury. Had my first system for 16 years. Only reason to replace was because we remodeled the floors. All works great.
