Kitchen and dining Room Floor Heating cable with Prodeso matt
I contacted WarmlyYours for remodeling Kitchen and dining room in our home. Part of our "dream" kitchen was install of electric floor heating cable along with prodeso membrane and NSpire Touch Thermostats. I worked closely with Mary from WarmlyYours on the project. She was to provide a custom installation plan along with a quote of the recommended products to use on our project. Installation was straight forward and went well. The cables were "powered up" yesterday. Tile floor are nice and warm. Perfect install! perfect end result! Could not be happier with WarmlyYours! Thanks, Tom

Easy install great customer service
We love our new heated floor! It was very easy to install and they customer service from WarmlyYours was astounding. They checked in every step of the way and our heating mat was delivered in 2 days. We are super happy that we went with WarmlyYours.

Consistent heat

Excellent product, excellent service
I had a problem with the mirror - it cracked after it was mounted - which was nothing to do with the defogger. However WarmlyYours not only stood behind their product they gave me a discount on the replacement defogger. This is the second bathroom where we've installed a WarmlyYours defogger and they both work perfectly. I'd always recommend installing with a countdown timer.

Front Door Steps clear of Snow without Shoveling or Salt
WarmlyYours was a great customer experience with very helpful sales staff in Pedro. I purchased the Melt Cable, small transformer and the new Wifi switch. A small and simple install designed for my new concrete steps and short pathway to the drive. Following the directions from WarmlyYours documentation I installed the system without issue. I am NOT a contractor but a handy home owner who understands electricity and wiring. In a nutshell, it works and I can't express the value of the simple Wifi switch. I created a Leviton account and tied the switch connectivity to IFTTT account (If This Then That) which has a weather service applet. This means when it snows the system automatically turns on without all the complicated sensors and can turn off once you go above a certain outside temperature or if it stops snowing . Whatever you want to establish as your parameters. For me not having to shovel steps is a godsend no more backaches leaning downwards on the steps. New controller
After 15+ years my first controller bit the dust. I contacted WYs and was very happy to get their help. They were A+ in service and I even got a reduced price on my new unit. Highly really recommended

New Version Thermostat Easier
The new version thermostat is a lot easier to program than the old one, but I would have rated it 5 stars but can't get a Manuel for the new one.

Super Friendly Service
Tried a floor heater thermostat from China and couldn’t make it work. Called WarmlyYours and they were super helpful and nice. They even gave me a discount because I was replacing an older WarmlyYours unit.

Great Product and Great Service
Old controller died after several years of faithful service. Great diagnosis by WarmlyYours Technical folks. Offered us several options and + and - for each. Order processed that day. Setup was easy although distributor code wasn't obvious and recommend the sales people specifically mention it at time of sale. Once found, install done, and warm floors are BACK. Thanks, Doug Serpa

I contacted WarmlyYours after finding the company’s name in the back of a handy-man book. Glad I did. From beginning to end, an absolute pleasure working with the company (especially Pauline Leprozo). Excellent service (and I mean excellent!!), a well constructed and thought out product, informative and visually appealing website, and helpful videos. And they provide custom floor mat lay-out design plans free of-charge - Who does that nowadays?! My WarmlyYours flexible floor-mat now rests embedded in thinset under tile. As a DIYer, I was a little nervous thinking the floor-mat would get nicked by my trowel or crushed by mistakenly walking on the wires during installation. Not the case. The mat is tough so much so that my worries about harming quickly went away. I walked all over the mat before I was done (Note: I highly recommend buying the circuit alarm to detect any problems during the install — just in case). Oh, and I’m a details guy and Warmly covered everything in the installation instructions. Top notch! Compare Warmly to others and you’ll realize these folks have their act together. Going with Warmly proved very reasonable for me $$ and cheaper than going with a Warmly competitor. Worth mentioning as that really reinforced the purchase experience for me. P.S. Get yourself a Warmly t-shirt while you’re at it. Good quality and comfy.
