Great service to replace on old thermostat
My thermostat for my WarmlyYours flooring began malfunctioning after nearly 20 years of flawless performance. The WarmYours support was incredible in helping me pinpoint the problem to the thermostat and assisting me in selecting the replacement thermostat. The new thermostat arrived in a timely manner and I was able to install in less than 1 hour. Happy to have my warm floors back!

Fantastic Customer Service!
We were replacing a very old heat pad under a high traffic carpet. This was not a large purchase, but the customer service we received from Jenn and the team was great. You would have thought order was 10x! Just got it installed last week under new carpet and back in my office cozy and warm.

I purchased the towel warmer.
It works as described. However, it was quite a task to get the faceplate on. Something that you should address. Ms Jennifer Melus, was very helpful when I had to order the control box and plate. It should have been included?

Easy to ask customer service questions online. Fast reply to questions. I ordered a thermostats directly from them at a great price compared to department stores. Will get my next thermostats from them directly. Ps I went with the wifi thermostat and love it. Thinking about changing my other one just because.

I'm a great fan of radiant heat. It's the next best thing to the sun. I use the WarmlyYours radiant wall panels throughout my house. I especially like this Lava Crystal panel. Although it was expensive, it has a beautiful crystal pattern design and it fits in perfectly with my living room decor. The heating unit, itself, is great. It maintains a consistent, comfortable warmth, evenly distributed throughout the large room. Unlike the convection heat immediately produced by the HVAC system which heats the air molecules and then quickly rises and cools, the radiant panel slowly warms the objects in my living room which, in turn, give off heat (thermal lag). I am extremely pleased with this unit.

We are more than satisfied. Delighted with the product (keeping us warm, looks great) and with the service from WarmlyYours. Sales rep Kerilyn was fantastic and the company really helped us out. We had a small issue with a radiator we bought through WarmlyYours 4 years ago. It had been operating without any challenges for those years. When we encounter an issue, the WarmlyYours team advised, set up a call with the local technician and when it was determined that the unit was faulty, immediately shipped out a replacement at no cost to us. Thank you so much for the excellent support and wonderful product. You guys have been excellent.

It was very easy to replace as my old wall unit died. Dealing with Lyn was simple and she was very helpful. all and all a great experience and if my other in-floor wall unit stops working I know its no problem going forward.

Replacement Thermostat
We were extremely pleased with the recommendations and customer service from WarmlyYours when our older thermostats stopped functioning and needed replacement. Scott and Mahdi provided great service and even follow-up (unheard of now days!) to make sure we were able to install the new thermostats and program them. It was one of the best purchase and customer service experiences we've had in a long time.

Thermostat replaced the original which was about 11 years old when it failed, and we couldn’t be happier with the new one. Very easy to use and works great.

The installation was straight forward. The instructions were to place the heat sensor 2" from the heating cables. However, we used the standard 3" configuration so it was only possible to achieve a 1.5" separation. I'm thinking this may be the reason we can't achieve a comfortable heat setting for the system. Will still try to modify the settings to get it to work properly.

I love the heat panel that doubles as a mirror in our bathroom. So nice to get out of the shower and feel the radiant heat.
