I Researched every electric floor heating product available. I am an Electrical Contractor so I understand when someone is trying to BS me when it comes to electrical application. so after talking with many of the competitive floor heat manufacturers and suppliers I found myself over whelmed and Frustrated. I had sales people lying to me to sell their product. When I talked with WarmlyYours they answered the call and addressed every question I had and when they didn't know the answer they conferenced in some one who could answer it. No delay no Back and forth and no BS. They designed my system (800 Sq Ft with 5 zones ) within a couple days, I placed the order and had my product within a week. Now my system is installed works perfectly and am very pleased with my choice. WarmlyYours is by far the best electric Floor heating company by far. They have superior Customer Service from the very first contact asking about their product, Choosing the correct application, designing the system, ordering, and timely shipping, Installation Support 24/7 (I called on a Sunday afternoon and talked with an installation tech)all the way to the finish line when they asked me how did my project turn out. My first system 16 years ago I installed myself. Nice to have a plan for the install from WY. Recent two systems I had my tile guy install. So nice to have warm floor in the morning. Feeling of Luxury. Had my first system for 16 years. Only reason to replace was because we remodeled the floors. All works great.

STILL THE BEST SYSTEM
Having installed possibly my 5th system, I still think this is hard to beat where applicable. Always well designed and simple to layout.

The product is outstanding, my customers love their heated floors. I've had only 1 problem, a 10 year old thermostat failed. I called Chad, we had a replacement in a day or 2. that should last at least another 10 years

Product rolled out and was grouted into place. Easily cut grid to allow turns as stated in online videos. Product warms the tile great.

Seemed to go down as planned, I altered the lay down a bit but having done before I was not too worried. Now operating and need to program thermostat- a challenge for me. One interesting thing to consider, our tile guy is hearing impaired, hence there was no way for him to monitor your alarm during install of self leveling cement. You might want to consider a red and green light on the alarm. Low cost and easy to understand by all. Will use product without much hesitation in future. Joe

The flex roll was the easiest to install, just rolled it out, then I used hot glue to secure it to the concrete sub floor. The measurements were right on the money - just need to cut and turn, glue and go.
