New Version Thermostat Easier
The new version thermostat is a lot easier to program than the old one, but I would have rated it 5 stars but can't get a Manuel for the new one.

Great Product and Great Service
Old controller died after several years of faithful service. Great diagnosis by WarmlyYours Technical folks. Offered us several options and + and - for each. Order processed that day. Setup was easy although distributor code wasn't obvious and recommend the sales people specifically mention it at time of sale. Once found, install done, and warm floors are BACK. Thanks, Doug Serpa

I recently had occasion to contact WarmlyYours regarding a damaged thermostat that was still under warranty. At every stage of resolving this issue I was extremely impressed with the quality of customer service I received. Each person I spoke with, and there were a few, impressed me with their knowledge, communication skills and helpfulness. The returns process was absolutely first rate; I was given clear options as to how to handle the exchange and was very pleased with how quickly my new thermostat arrived. While we are still in the completion stage of our build and have not yet hooked up the thermostats, we are very pleased with the product, service and support from WarmlyYours. Troy was great during the selling stage; the installation instructions are clear and accurate; the flex mat was easy to install under floor tiles. We are looking forward activating the 3 bathroom floor heating systems. If the product works as well as anticipated we will be happy indeed. PS move in day is planned for end of November so systems should be operational soon. Thanks

Our old thermostat breathed its last and left us in cold stone misery. A quick plea to WarmlyYours and, voila!, the stones are happy ergo we are happy. It took the skills of our favorite electrician to install our new thermostat since my understanding of such things is near non-existent. The result, all is well in the kingdom once again!

Thermostat is easily programmed for time of day and temperature. Also allows adjustment for specified time period if needed. Just make sure you read instructions and place temperature sensor as instructed making sure not to cross element!

Great Replacement For My Old Thermostat
My old WarmlyYours thermostat bit the dust after 10 years. I was able to order the nSpire Touch Wifi directly from WarmlyYours. This is a vast improvement over the old one and it's nice having a simple UI for setting up the schedule as well as the other settings on the device. I use the Wifi setting from time to time when I need to adjust the temperature prior to going upstairs. Yes, having the Wifi interface is a little "geeky" given that once you set the schedule, I rarely adjust the temps/time, but every so often I use it. The manuals are clear and the setup was easy.

This was a replacement for my original Aube thermostat that the GFI function failed. The new thermostat is much better and eliminates the need for wirenut connections, as it has a built-in wiring bus.

Stellar sales and technical support--with a great price
Our WarmlyYours sales representative (Ben) provided expert guidance and solid recommendations in selection of a replacement thermostat for our heated floor. The technical staff provided prompt installation support--even on a weekend. We're going back to WarmlyYours for heated floor supplies and a towel warmer for the bathroom remodel project currently underway.

Happy in our basement office
We needed a solution to create a warm space in a basement office that didn't require heating the whole house and cookout the chill of the concrete under the laminate flooring. The application of a 1/4 inch cork layer with the Environ Flex Roll heating system and the easy to program nSpire Thermostat has been a perfect solution. It was easy to install, we were able to take apart the old floor, install the cork underlayment and roll out the heating mat, reinstall the laminate and wire everything with about a day and half of effort. The results have exceeded our expectations. So far the heating costs appear to be minimal on our overall electric bill.

Extremely Happy with New Thermostat
Although I was disappointed with the original Thermostat as it had less that 100 hours of use, I am extremely happy with the new thermostat! I love the features and ease of use and touch screen and interface. I took pictures of this and sent it off to my brother who also had an older thermostat. He was very impressed and I am hopeful you passed on the same discount I got for anyone who had the old model of thermostat! Really nice unit. I am hopeful it has a longer life than the original one! Thank you!
