We warm 2 towels at a time. We keep it on so we away have a warm towel after a shower.

Good investment
Love the option of hardwire or plug in. I was able to test it before installing it. The product is working as expected with a timer I purchased from Home Depot. It doesn’t get burning hot either so not too worried about kids touching it. We also use it to dry damp clothes. One minor issue we found was that the unit was not perfectly squared. I noticed it right away as it came out. A little friendly persuasiveness was enough to fix it. Shipping was prompt and delivery was timely. Communication from WarmlyYours was amazing.

I purchased the Infinity towel warmer while it was on sale for 50%, what a super deal! Don't let the discount fool you, this is a high quality towel warmer made of all metal parts. Warms up very quick and has plenty of cross bars to warm and dry your towel or warm up a sweatshirt on a cold day. My home power meter shows it uses around 150 watts, which is reasonable for the warmth it puts out. I put ours on an overnight timer to save money since it only needs to run 8 hours or less to dry a damp towel. It was very easy to install with sturdy wall anchors and fasteners. Everything you need comes in the kit so no running to the hardware store. If I had one criticism it's difficult to install the set screws with the small allen wrench because of how close they are to the wall. With the wrench being an L shape it keeps hitting the wall as you screw it in. With a little bit a patience and time it worked out but a straight little hex screwdriver would be better.If you are looking for a great quality warmer at a super price, you can't pass this by.

Towel warmer and programmable timer have been working flawlessly since install. Contractor really liked the easy to follow instructions and took less than an hour to install, as receptacles were ready when the product arrived. Customer service agent Jennifer is one of the best retail service personnel i have seen in recent times anywhere. She expedited the shipment and honored the price match (another web retailer) i requested. And followed upon the install and feedback. With this experience with them, will certainly consider them for future purchases and recommend them.

This one is yet to be installed in a renovated bathroom, however, the other two are fine. Our only issue is that if the time “in” is not cycled the warmer can sear the towel, ie. it gets too hot for too long. But we obviously like the warmer given that we cycle the on-off time properly.

Great purchase, my second one from Warmly Yours
This is the second purchase from WarmlyYours - different home. The first purchase was a hard wired one. The problem was that the timer display stopped working and I did not want to buy and install another one. This one is a plug in. I attached it to a 24 hour timer and I am happy. The first one is about ten years old and working great except for the timer. I just keep it on 24/7.

Warm bath towels are a game changer
When I recommend towel warmers to friends and family, I warn them that once you've had a warm towel out of the shower, there's no going back. I was without mine for a few weeks and it seemed like ordinary towels were now unusually cold and used towels never seemed to dry. I actually drove to the WarmlyYours warehouse to get my new towel warmer faster (and also to save shipping and see if they had an old model in stock that matched my previous towel warmer.) They were extremely helpful and friendly - even going so far as to pull the replacement out of the box and test it in front of me. The same goes for the customer support I've received all along from them. It is five star. Which is why I insisted on a WarmlyYours replacement when my old towel warmer gave out. (Likely caused by the my original installer using the wrong type switch. My only complaint being that I wish I could control the temperature of the towel bar beyond on or off. It does seem to burn my towels and eventually wear them out, I've attached several pictures, but a warm towel is worth the cost of buying new towels each year.) In summary, warm bath towels are a game changer, and with WarmlyYours you get quality American customer support.

Perfect Fit
