I contacted WarmlyYours after finding the company’s name in the back of a handy-man book. Glad I did. From beginning to end, an absolute pleasure working with the company (especially Pauline Leprozo). Excellent service (and I mean excellent!!), a well constructed and thought out product, informative and visually appealing website, and helpful videos. And they provide custom floor mat lay-out design plans free of-charge - Who does that nowadays?! My WarmlyYours flexible floor-mat now rests embedded in thinset under tile. As a DIYer, I was a little nervous thinking the floor-mat would get nicked by my trowel or crushed by mistakenly walking on the wires during installation. Not the case. The mat is tough so much so that my worries about harming quickly went away. I walked all over the mat before I was done (Note: I highly recommend buying the circuit alarm to detect any problems during the install — just in case). Oh, and I’m a details guy and Warmly covered everything in the installation instructions. Top notch! Compare Warmly to others and you’ll realize these folks have their act together. Going with Warmly proved very reasonable for me $$ and cheaper than going with a Warmly competitor. Worth mentioning as that really reinforced the purchase experience for me. P.S. Get yourself a Warmly t-shirt while you’re at it. Good quality and comfy.

At every stage of resolving this issue I was extremely impressed with the quality of customer service I received. Each person I spoke with, and there were a few, impressed me with their knowledge, communication skills and helpfulness. The returns process was absolutely first rate; I was given clear options as to how to handle the exchange and was very pleased with how quickly my new thermostat arrived. While we are still in the completion stage of our build and have not yet hooked up the thermostats, we are very pleased with the product, service and support from WarmlyYours. Troy was great during the selling stage; the installation instructions are clear and accurate; the flex mat was easy to install under floor tiles. We are looking forward activating the 3 bathroom floor heating systems. If the product works as well as anticipated we will be happy indeed. PS move in day is planned for end of November so systems should be operational soon. Thanks

Our old thermostat breathed its last and left us in cold stone misery. A quick plea to WarmlyYours and, voila!, the stones are happy ergo we are happy. It took the skills of our favorite electrician to install our new thermostat since my understanding of such things is near non-existent. The result, all is well in the kingdom once again!

The representative gave great assistance and provided options for the replacement part. We received the part quickly. We installed it and are very happy it is working properly again. Thermostat is easily programmed for time of day and temperature. Also allows adjustment for specified time period if needed. Just make sure you read instructions and place temperature sensor as instructed making sure not to cross element!

This was a replacement for my original Aube thermostat that the GFI function failed. The new thermostat is much better and eliminates the need for wirenut connections, as it has a built-in wiring bus.

The technical staff provided prompt installation support--even on a weekend. We're going back to WarmlyYours for heated floor supplies and a towel warmer for the bathroom remodel project currently underway.
