Great product, fantastic customer service
Towel warmer comes packaged well, detailed instructions, and the fastening method to wall is good and strong. I misplaced the hardware pack and contacted WarmlyYours for a replacement. I didn't respond to their initial calls to assist, but they persisted and really made sure that I got what I needed, and at a very fair price.

Best luxury purchase ever
I love this product, so glad I went for this. Nothing like a cozy warm towel after a relaxing shower.
