True Customer Service

We purchased WarmlyYours radiant floor heating mat through a local tile store 13 years ago. The thermostat stopped working so we thought the floor heating mat also stopped working. I contacted WarmlyYours and decided to order a new thermostat hoping that was the problem with floor heating mat. We ordered the touch screen thermostat and had an electrician come to test the old thermostat and check the electrical connection to the floor heating mat. Turns out the problem was the thermostat. He installed the new touchscreen thermostat and waited to see if the floor heating mat started heating again and it did. I worked with two individuals at WarmlyYours, Hamid and another (unfortunately I don’t recall her name) individual. Hamid followed up to make sure everything was working properly before closing the customer support ticket assigned to my inquiry. It was great customer service and we had warm floors again during while the outside temperatures were in the teens.
