We installed your flooring back in 5/2012 and recently a power module went out. Contacted your company and the whole process was so easy with your staff. They provided technical support, still had records of our purchasing your heated flooring system, and placing the order for the correct part was easy. Received the part in two days and we are back to nice warm flooring. All persons I interacted with were courteous, knowledgeable just a pleasure to work with. Your staff could provide lessons to others on how to respond to customers.
