Amazing sales and service support from beginning to end. We were putting the WarmlyYours electric heat system between a concrete slab and our engineered hardwood. We had lots of questions along the way and Troy was great support throughout. It is now installed and working great!

Love my heated floors. I live in the Northern part of the country where winter is cold. Our ceramic floors would be too cold with out them being warm by the wonderful products I get from WarmlyYours floors.

Easy to buy and install.
WarmlyYours made a recommendation based on the room dimensions, subfloor and finished flooring. It was spot on. Directions were straight forward. Materials were pretty easy to install. My room is on a slab and was always chilly in the winter. The room is now evenly comfortable.

I purchased TempZone™ Flex Roll 120V 1.5′ x 70′, 105 sq.ft., 13.2A, TRT120-1.5x70. I installed on top of CeraZorb which was installed on top of concrete slab. The instructions were easy to follow and the installation went very smooth. I would give 5 stars except the tape would not stay stuck into the CeraZorb and I had to use hot glue to keep the roll down. I also purchased the nSpire Touch: Touch Thermostat Programmable, which I love. The touch screen makes it so easy to program.

We are very happy with our WarmlyYours heated floor. The WarmlyYours Staff was very easy to work with and helpful! The installation was fairly easy and it works beautifully! Love it!!! We have a heated floor on our main level of the house from another company. It was very expensive, and parts have stopped working. Our new WarmlyYours floor was installed by my husband and works great so far!!! Highly recommend.

It was not easy to program as we want the heat during the night, not day. The staff tired but said they were unfamiliar with this model. Finally got it done, I think.
Thanks for your review. The thermostats do have some limitations in that the programming cannot cross over from the PM of one day and into the morning of the next day, because they are 2 separate days. If a program is meant to run from 10pm till 6am the following morning, 4 events will have to be used. The first 2 events would be programmed to ON at 12AM and off at 6AM, and the second event to be programmed ON at 10PM, and OFF at 11:45PM. I hope this clarifies how to achieve an overnight schedule.
Nice product and helpful people
It's a nice option to be able to install heat under a floating floor in a basement and it was a very easy install. Troy was very helpful and knowledgeable and he answered all my questions before my purchase to ensure it was installed correctly with the proper materials.

We ordered a replacement thermostat that actually got lost in the US mail. We contacted WarmlyYours about non-receipt and they immediately sent a replacement via a ground shipper. It has been installed and works great.

I remodeled one bedroom, lower level. Installed hardwood floor and installed heating system from WarmlyYours . It works well, feels good when walking on a warm floor. It holds about 77 F. Good product .

I Researched every electric floor heating product available. I am an Electrical Contractor so I understand when someone is trying to BS me when it comes to electrical application. so after talking with many of the competitive floor heat manufacturers and suppliers I found myself over whelmed and Frustrated. I had sales people lying to me to sell their product. When I talked with WarmlyYours they answered the call and addressed every question I had and when they didn't know the answer they conferenced in some one who could answer it. No delay no Back and forth and no BS. They designed my system (800 Sq Ft with 5 zones ) within a couple days, I placed the order and had my product within a week. Now my system is installed works perfectly and am very pleased with my choice. WarmlyYours is by far the best electric Floor heating company by far.
