I recommended it to my brother

I installed WarmlyYours in my basement home theatre area and office area on a concrete slab and under laminate flooring. The system was easy to install and works so well I recommended it to my brother. The only issue is that the electrical supply cords to the mats were thicker than the laminate underlayment so it required renting an electric jack hammer and creating trenches wherever the supply cords ran so that the laminate floor would lay flat. I was expecting a ribbon type of supply cord which would match the thickness of the Environ II.

We Just Love The Towel Warmer

We just love the towel warmer. Ours is hardwired and we simply use the on/off switch. The technical client service is also excellent. Would recommend this product anytime.

Tile guy I used was quite impressed

This was the first time the tile guy I used had worked with your product and I think at the end he was quite impressed. It seems to be working nicely, but since we have not moved into that space yet it's still too early to tell. Under suggestions, I think it would help us users if you were to include a tape that you approved for keeping it in place with the order. That's about it. Thanks! Michael Gaines

Thermostat works fine and is logical to use and program

Thermostat works fine and is logical to use and program. Instruction manual is well written. Two negative items to report - There are four wires to connect but only three connectors were provided. You recommend using a double box with a mud ring but the thermostat will not fit into the mud ring! There is a step in the housing at the bottom that prevents it from going in all the way.

Features and flexibility

This is a great thermostat with a lot of features and flexibility. You can set it to stay at one temperature or take advantage of the programming options. The controls are fairly intuitive and the thermostat is slim and aesthetically appealing. The display dims automatically when not in use.

Simply awesome

Simply awesome. We had the heating element installed in our Bathroom directly on top of concrete slab (no cork) to keep our porcelain tile floor comfortable to the touch. One word of advice: make sure that your installer follows the layout diagram provided by WarmlyYours carefully. We ended up with a really annoying cold spot thanks to the contractor's carelessness.

When you have a beautiful bathroom remodeling. Towel warmer

When you have a beautiful bathroom remodeling. Towel warmer can alway be the finishing touch. Ideally, it will make you feel your morning start warmly or ending your day warmly. Imagine having a nice warm shower, then getting out, grabbing your warm towel or bath robe and wrapping around body. You will get the warmth hugging onto you. Your "Warmly" towel or bath robe will give you the comfort... Why do we most of us have a remote vehicle starter? Thank you and stay warm, Mike Grave.

Simply the easiest & most competitively priced

WarmlyYours TempZone is simply the easiest and most competitively priced heating system we've used. And because the pricing has remained so competitive for so many years, WarmlyYours has been our exclusive floor heat provider since 1997. We couldn't be happier with the level of customer service, tech. support and the product quality that we have consistently received over the years. And we have never had a single product failure in 14 years. Thanks WarmlyYours! Design Tile LLC Stanley, Wisconsin

The system is very warm. I find myself sitting down on the carpet more often. I am saving on my heating bill by not heating the whole house.

Painless and quick

I lost/misplaced the instructions so I panicked. I called WarmlyYours and was e-mailed a copy of the instructions. This was painless and went rather quickly. It didn't take as long as I thought it would.

Great time saver

This was a great time saver. You just hooked it up and started to lay the heater element and then lay the tile. There was no going back and forth to check to see if you had an opening.

This was very easy to install.

This was very easy to install. I had no problem with cutting it to fit nor to lay it on the floor. My tile guy really helped as he knew what thin set etc. to use and that was the only thing that I wasn't sure of.

I place a very high value on customer service

I have not started living in the house where the flooring is installed. However, so far it seems to work as advertised. The specs and the layout you sent were very helpful. I dealt with Lindy in sales who was very professional. He returned all my emails and phone calls promptly and was able to answer all of my questions. You sent me a mislabeled roll, but promptly corrected the mistake at no cost and minimum inconvenience to me. I place a very high value on customer service and plan to do business with you again in the future. Thank you

Very Easy

The installation was very easy. I used a hot glue gun to fasten the mat to the hardy backer floor.

Very nice company

Although I experienced some significant installation problems (my own errors) the product works very nicely when in use. As a rookie, I would never try to put down the tile directly over the mesh. Its just too easy and more protecitve to put down a lite skim coat first. I have a friend looking at your product now and will advise him to do what I didn't do. Your are a very nice company to work with- customer service and quality still yields big dividends. Thanks Terry Garrity

This item works very well

This item works very well for keeping the towels dry and fresh, but don't expect them to be especially warm.

Highly Recommend

This a great heated towel bar! I love its sleek appearance in our new bathroom. It works perfectly to dry wet towels quickly. Also, we installed the optional switch to turn it off and on -if desired. I would highly recommend this model.

Fantastic product

Fantastic product, although contractors don't have a lot of experience with it here - I'm in So. CA. Installation went smoothly due to the detailed plans and instructions provided. I laid the elements myself and even did some minor floor plan changes while the electrician and tile layer did the rest. I'm only an average DIYer. This winter mornings and evenings were greeted by warm tile floors that I could gladly stand on in my bare feet.
