Simple install, works very well
We ordered the cut and turn rolls for 300sq ft of kitchen space. It was simple to install them and our electrician finished the job at the thermostat. The pads heat up quickly and seem to be very efficient, we are very satisfied with our purchase!

I'm a DIY'r. This product was exactly what I needed. The packaging and pricing with the high end touch thermostat was the selling feature. Shipping was fast and well protected product. The instructions were very easy to follow. No challenges whatsoever during install. It's been several months now and it works perfectly. I would definitely purchase again!

Warm your basement!
Our “lower level” rec room was a poorly heated space with ceiling louvers and a shared zone with the main level of the house. The under carpet WarmlyYours system provides not only a comfortable area for the the grandkids to play on but also adds warmth to the whole room.

Great product. Works well so far. Excellent and patient help in project design - cables were just the right length. Lots of work to install but also fun. Floors are noticeably warmer than the wood floors in adjacent room and the bathroom is heated very well now entirely by the in floor system.

Large bathroom and shower install
I reached out to WarmlYours for advice on installing radiant floor heat in our new master bathroom. I sent them a picture of a sketch of my bathroom and they quickly sent back a layout and a quote. As a diy home owner, I was on the phone with them to discuss any questions I had during the install. They were always available. Now that it’s November in Oregon we are enjoying the warm tile floor in the bathroom. The people at WarmlYours were great to work with throughout the entire process.

Great Customer Service
I worked with Laurie thought my interactions with WarmlyYours, she was a real pleasure to work with. Unfortunately, I was unable to use the product that I purchased because the tile contractor refused to guarantee it. WarmlyYours refunded my purchase, this was truly above and beyond what I had expected and I thank Laurie for making this happen.

I would first like to say that dealing with Lyn Davis the customer service rep was outstanding. Not only did Lyn look after my request, I made some adjustments throughout and Lyn most graciously adjusted my requirements always with pleasant understanding. This is not the first time I have used this product, as the results the first time was as great as this past one. Great product with outstanding customer support results!

The customer service was awesome. We were able to get the right amount of electrical wire for the square footage of the room, the correct type of thermostat & confirm the overall voltage of the system to make sure we didn't overload the circuit which had a blower heater. They were also able to recommend underlayment for our slab in CO (brrr without insulation). Thank you for a great product.

From start to finish a truly exceptional experience. My initial request for information was handled by Jenn West, account manager. She patiently answered all my questions and then took the time to understand my renovation project. She designed a floor heat layout that covered all areas of my bathroom, while ensuring heating coils were safely clear of the wax ring of my toilet bowl. My subsequent calls and requests for minor adjustments were handled quickly and thoughtfully. I could not have asked for a better experience.

I installed the TempZone Flex Roll 240V 1.5′ x 22′, 33 sq.ft. system in a small bathroom over Cerazorb and under porcelain tile. The whole process went smoothly. In particular, WarmlyYours provided a level of customer service that exceeded all expectations, including prompt response to questions, detailed system layout/design, and easily understood instructions. Now that it is colder weather, we have been using the floor warming system and it performs very well, heating the floor to the set temperature in less than 10 minutes and maintaining that temperature. The system itself is well constructed. We appreciated the backing tape. Only advice I can give installers is to plan on laying a fairly thick mortar under the tile with a sufficient notched trowel to prevent tile uneveness. The Cerazorb was easy to notch to accomodate the thermostat and splices, which are thicker than the heating mat.

I installed the WarmlyYours floor system in the summer. We haven't used it up till now but winter is now hitting in Iowa and it is AMAZING! The wife loves it and it adds a fantastic amount of warmth to our master bath. Installation was simple and the instructions were top notch! Would recommend to anyone. The key is in the prep work!

Love my heated floors
The floors are operating flawlessly and my boy and my wife's feet are nice and toasty in the morning. Could not say enough about how easy this process is to provide a layout and for WarmlyYours to send you the exact amount of material you need for your installation to be complete. We love the thermostat provided with the set up and the ability to schedule different temperatures at different times in the day. Stop looking elsewhere, this is your one stop shop for electric in-floor heating. And yes I am true customer, not some paid troll or robot. Enjoy!

Very satisfied with sales and support at Warmly Yours
Overall great experience. This is my third WarmlyYours installation (just a homeowner, not a pro) and the only blip was an apparently random change in the location of the controller made during a design change. Troy sent a correction immediately after I contacted him and everything went together fine. Haven't turned it on yet (still need to grout tiles) but I can tell from experience we're going to love it.
