Jeff was really helpful. After following his advice/instruction it was determined that I needed a new thermostat. Received the new device quickly and installed. Everything seems to be good now. Much thanks to Jeff and the great customer service from WarmlyYours.

We contacted WarmlyYours on Thanksgiving and our call was promptly answered. He walked us through what the issue could be (it was the thermostat) and followed up until we told him the problem was resolved.

I installed (DYI) 2 WarmlyYours floors (bathrooms) in 2007 and never had a problem. One controller started to act up so I replaced both because of their age. Awesome tech support (truly 24/7) and easy to install hardware. I even received a phone AND email confirmation when the parts shipped. I wish all businesses were this customer orientated.

Thanks so much!! After the webinar I went back and redid the testing per the explanation in the webinar and it turned out I didn't have a short. The GFI fault was in the old thermostat and putting in a new one fixed the problem!! No ripping up slate tile. So now my feet are warm again just in time for winter. Thanks for the great support!!

The tech support guy that I spoke with--I wish I could remember his name--nailed it with the solution to my problem with the programmable thermostat I had installed with my radiant floor. He listened very carefully to my description of the problem and knew immediately what was needed to fix it. He guided me through the repair of the thermostat over the phone, and I was up and running in less than 10 minutes. Thanks for the great help!!
Jeff provided clear instructions and advised what next steps should be taken given the response from the system. He followed that up with written instruction and then followed that up with an email asking about progress. Very good service.
Anatoliy, Scott, and Jeff for their help. We purchased a house with a WarmlyYours heated sun room floor that was improperly installed. With their help, we now have a much better operating system.
