Summarize the nJoy / UWG5-4999 Indicator Lights.

Indicators:

WiFi Symbol not illuminated - Not connected to WiFi.

WiFi Symbol illuminated - Connected to WiFi.

WiFi Symbol blinking slowly - WiFi Router Not Available : E8. Consult the Troubleshooting Guide.

WiFi Symbol blinking quickly - Cloud system Not Available : E9. OJ Microline Maintenance Window or server temporarily unavailable.

WiFi Symbol blinking twice, then pausing and repeating - Cloud authentication failed. Contact WarmlyYours Technical Support for assistance.

Bluetooth Symbol not illuminated - Bluetooth not paired.

Bluetooth Symbol illuminated - Bluetooth connected.

Bluetooth Symbol blinking slowly - Bluetooth pairing mode.

Bluetooth and WiFi Symbols Both blinking quickly - Wireless chip broken : E6. The thermostat must be replaced.

Bluetooth and WiFi Symbols Both blinking twice, then pausing and repeating - Firmware update in progress.

Orange LED : On the face of the thermostat - indicates Heat Demand. No action required.

Red Flashing : On the side of the thermostat - indicates that the built-in Ground Fault Circuit Interrupt device (GFCI) has been tripped. If this was invoked by the user for a test, then reset the device by pressing the side button for a moment. If the thermostat fails to reset, then contact WarmlyYours Technical Support for assistance.
