Made of high-quality stainless steel, this towel warmer has more than enough room to accommodate your towels or bathrobes. With its polished stainless steel finish, the Riviera towel warmer adds class and elegance to the bathrooms in your home. Each of the nine curved towel bars are designed to dry and warm large towels or bathrobes easily. Just imagine always feeling the comfort and coziness of a warm towel after your shower or bathe, or waking up on a cold morning and being able to put on a warm bathrobe.
This item comes with 4 Austrian crystal accents which can be placed on the towel warmer's legs so that the towel warmer doesn't just radiate warmth but it will also be visually radiant. The crystal pattern used for these accents is called "Midnight" and it incorporates a range of different crystals with colors ranging from volcanic glass to inky night and onyx. The Austrian crystals, which have been securely attached by our skilled craftsmen, are cut and arranged to ensure maximum luster and reflectivity, which is sure to add an extra touch of beauty in any lighting. If you're also considering adding a Hardwired WiFi Switch control to your order, you can pair your Crystal Towel Warmer Accents with a control that has a matching crystal pattern.
This towel warmer is also dual connection which means that it can be used “as is” to plug into a standard 120 VAC outlet or it can be modified by a licensed electrician to have a hardwired 120 VAC electrical connection. When this towel warmer is installed with a hardwired electrical connection, there is no unattractive and cumbersome cover plate required because of its unique design. The Riviera is safe and is cETLus listed. It comes with an LED power switch and TempSmart™ overheat protection to prevent the unit’s surface temperature from exceeding 167°F (75°C). For peace of mind, the Riviera is covered by our 2-year manufacturer’s warranty.

Hello Pauline, sorry for delay. We are enjoying the new towel rail tremendously as the temperatures here have started to drop significantly. The towel rail takes the edge off that drop.
Replacement for Towel heating hanger

I loved the towel heater, but it only lasted a few years. I had to purchase a replacement at full price. It appeared it was 1/8 shorter, which made instillation difficult. I hope this one last much longer, they are too expensive to keep replaceing.

great customer service but design limitations

While the customer service individuals were fantastic, and the rack worked great until it didn't, the product itself was disappointing in the sense that it is non reparable and therefore environmentally a very poor choice . It broke my heart to send the entire burnt out unit to the landfill after only 5 years because it lacked any overheat protection. Overheating btw that is not evidently not so difficult to achieve.

I love, love, love my towel warmer. It adds a big of extra warmth when I get out of the shower and wrapping myself in a warm towel feels wonderful.
