Great company to work with. After a couple of glitches on my part with sending a drawing they could open and one simple drawing change, the product was in my hands in a few short days. Excellent instructions and videos made installation seamless. We now have a warm bathroom floor. Thanks.

A Fantastic Company to deal with!
I ordered the TempZone Cable package. The sales representatives name was Troy. He answered all my questions prior to placing the order and even suggested additional install advice. The complete packaged arrived with 2 days. No parts were missing or damaged. Installation was a breeze. I consider myself a somewhat handy man and found the install instructions to be 100% beneficial and easy to follow. The heated floor package was to be installed in my ensuite washroom which would then be covered with self leveler followed with ceramic flooring. Though there is a ¾ inch transition from the bedroom to the washroom, we had carpet installed in the bedroom and so the transition from each room is hardly noticeable. Both my wife and I are enjoying the heated ensuite. I would certainly recommend this product and company.

They say “any time” customer service, but they don’t have live people just waiting for your phone call, but in a matter of minutes, they will get back to you with an answer. The online chat was very helpful. Everything was just as described and the mesh heating mat was easy to install. The instructions were clear and the online videos were very helpful. This is a model company in how the customer experience should be! Some of the larger corporate giants certainly could take a lesson from WarmlyYours. I typically never engage in giving customer reviews. I simply believe that they should do their job, and I'll do mine. No one sends me a pat on the back and flowers because I have done a good job of paying for goods/services, so don't expect me to send adulations just because you did as you were expected to. HOWEVER, WarmlyYours has so exceeded my expectations, right across the board, that I just absolutely had to respond to them with this review. I have been using your product for years with no problems.This time I had a different type of installation with these TC-Strip- PC cable fixing. This is not a very good type of fastener. Does not hold the cable very well and when fastening to the floor it does not hold down well
