We have had 2 units installed one atop the other outside our shower door for 13 years now.

We also have them both plugged into a timer, so they are warm in the AM and also dry quickly after use. We will definitely buy two more when we update another bathroom soon!

I have installed 2 of these for our clients and now removed and replaced both of them.

Feedback from the client was that the application was clunky and poorly designed and that the connecting process was infuriating and took upwards of a dozen attempts. We swapped it for the UWG4-4999 and the customer was able to program it, set up all schedules and everything in 15 minutes between both units. This was a very capable client and he has had no issues with any other smart product we have installed for him.

This pad has just enough supportive squish and thickness to help with 1/32 inch variations in subfloor, by my estimation.

It's comparable in function and probably insulative break to a quarter inch roll of natural cork. The two foot by 3 ft pieces fit together well, I taped some of the seams to aid in installation. Cutting with a razor knife or heavy duty scissors is very easy. I think this underlayment really facilitated the use of the warmly yours radiant heat mat on top. I appreciate that it provides a thermal break between the wires and the subfloor, and help radiate the heat upwards through the finished floor.

This is a great product and customer service is was good to deal with.

I used these for two shower seats. Turnes out they are easy to install prior to tile and work well.

Sometimes in cars or in floor warming systems a simpler version works just fine.

We decided to switch out from our WiFi version which was spotty reception. We are now enjoying toasty radiant heat beneath the powder room floor. It has been marvelous this very cold winter season.

Instructions were very clear, and when I had questions, your reps were very helpful and thorough.

We installed the warmly yours heat grid in our concrete ramp at our church four years ago here in Greenville Maine.

It has been a real blessing as we never have to shovel it or salt it. It is nice to know that it is bare and safe at all times. Warmly yours was great to work with and very helpful with the insallation questions we had. For sure it costs some to use it but it is great insurance to know that no one will slip and fall.

I bought 6 50ft snow mats and a controller from warmlyyours in 2023 for a houe in lake tahoe.

I have had it installed for 3 winters now. The system has worked perfectly. It heats up very fast and melts the snow right away. It saved so much time and effort. I also got a solar panel and battery system the summer earlier. That way, the solar credits pay the electric bills in the winter. Together, they were a great purchase.

The ThermalSheet underlayment is a quality product that worked great with our 3x6 warming mat installation.

Today, I received a call from Warmly Yours to discuss the radiant panels, expectations on it, and received an offer to return it.

I want to say that, while this product did not perform as I expected, I have purchased products from Warmly Yours in the past and will continue to do so. The customer service is some of the best I have experienced. Receiving a call from them to talk about my review on this product proved it even more. With hundreds of consumer websites making it impossible to reach anyone, Warmly Yours is a quality organization. You are in good hands doing business with them. The towel warmer I purchased is hands down fantastic.

New one seems to work great, but a little disappointed the original only lasted a little over 5 years.
