Infinity Towel Warmer 10 bar
Towel warmer and programmable timer have been working flawlessly since install. Contractor really liked the easy to follow instructions and took less than an hour to install, as receptacles were ready when the product arrived. Customer service agent Jennifer is one of the best retail service personnel i have seen in recent times anywhere. She expedited the shipment and honored the price match (another web retailer) i requested. And followed upon the install and feedback. With this experience with them, will certainly consider them for future purchases and recommend them.
Great Product and Great People
My first heated floor installation, thus endless questions and concerns. Sales and support staff were terrific in patiently answering my technical concerns and providing multiple different design layouts until I was finally ready to proceed. My tile installer was surprised by the wire, which was significantly more robust than the flimsy wire provided by other companies he had used. The WarmlyYours wire required much less wire to get the same heat output.

My old thermostat died and was without one for 6 weeks. It’s amazing what a difference if makes to have warm feet in the bathroom! The new one is much more consumer friendly ( to program). Love it!

Easy to install
Ordered this counter top heating system and it worked great. Was very easy to install and owners are very happy.
It’s not the same thickness as original version
We had ordered the original version of this product and our project got delayed. When we went to finally complete the floor, we found we needed more. We could not find the exact same item we originally ordered so ordered this instead and the specs showed the thickness as the same. When it arrived and we installed it, we found it was slightly thicker. If a person was using tile, it wouldn’t have been an issue as the thinset would have evened it out. As we were using laminate vinyl tile, we had to use a self leveling mixture first before we could put our flooring down. Just something to watch out for.
Warmly yours were great
I called to see about a problem I was having with my 15 year old towel warmer. I was told it’s probably time to replace it. Bad news was the price had gone up considerably more than 15 years ago, obviously, good news was because I was a previous purchaser I received 50% off the new one which was less than I paid for the first one. They sent it out pretty quickly considering it had to come from Canada. I installed it and it works great.
Issue with your instructions regarding floor temp cable in 2 products
Hello, overall I like your products. I actually purchased other items; electric radiant heat grid, Insulated mats and thermostat. My issue was the instructions in grid installation regarding floor temp cable which didn't work,it showed error on thermostat. Then realizing it required the other floor temp wire included with thermostat. Eventually I was able to find another way.

It was an expensive purchase but so worth it. We are well aware of this company as we have the heated floors from them. Best decision ever!
