Outstanding Customer Service
I recently had occasion to contact WarmlyYours regarding a damaged thermostat that was still under warranty. At every stage of resolving this issue I was extremely impressed with the quality of customer service I received. Each person I spoke with, and there were a few, impressed me with their knowledge, communication skills and helpfulness. The returns process was absolutely first rate; I was given clear options as to how to handle the exchange and was very pleased with how quickly my new thermostat arrived. I could not ask for any improvement in how the entire experience was handled. Top marks to WarmlyYours!

Great service
While we are still in the completion stage of our build and have not yet hooked up the thermostats, we are very pleased with the product, service and support from WarmlyYours. Troy was great during the selling stage; the installation instructions are clear and accurate; the flex mat was easy to install under floor tiles. We are looking forward activating the 3 bathroom floor heating systems. If the product works as well as anticipated we will be happy indeed. PS move in day is planned for end of November so systems should be operational soon. Thanks

Good heat, just what is needed to be comfortable
Easy to install. It's more complex to install the box and wire of the control than the mat.

The product is outstanding, my customers love their heated floors. I've had only 1 problem, a 10 year old thermostat failed. I called Chad, we had a replacement in a day or 2. that should last at least another 10 years

I used this pre-made shower pan and waterproofing kit for the first time and liked it. I do about 10-15 mud set tile showers a year and generally build my pan from scratch with pan liner and mortar, then I use hardi backer brand concrete board on the walls, then I tape and mud all seams followed by 3 coats of Redguard. That process takes 3 days always because of cure times. I prepped a 4' x 3.5' shower with 9' walls in one long day the first time I used this system. I put the pan in, hung the concrete board, and put on all the waterproofing on the first day and started setting tile the following day. Obviously this is a big time saver and will go faster the next time I use this system. The one tricky part is hooking up the drain. My job was a second floor bathroom remodel with no access to the drain pipe from below, so I had to make the glue connection as I set the pan. That just made it a bit more challenging the first time out. Setting the pan and drain first and then making the drain connection later is definitely the easier way to go if possible.
