Great customer service.
I had technical questions and was able to call in, speak to someone who knew the system and get the answer to have my self install the system. Would use WarmlyYours again!

Easy to install and modify
Using the heating cable with the matt made it very easy to configure the layout and install.

Easy to install
I've used the rolls for heated flooring before and they worked fine. But this is the first time I used the matts and wire system. It was amazingly simple and fast to install. Being able to tile over it straight away was a huge time saver. Also, the evenness of the matt makes it so much easier to install the tile.

Warm toes
This is a fabulous company to work with! We had to revise plans due to my error, and they did so without any complaints. The mat was easily installed, the directions easily understood. We all love the warm tiles this cold winter!!

Should be a good unit, new to me yet
liked everything about it other than internal calibration was needed to get it to program. Scott was very helpful, easy fix. I do think that a note should be included with a warning that if it will not program (ground fault error) to call tech services. It would have saved the client money in having to have an electrician return to fix a very simple thing. I suggest that you inform Julia about that.
Great feedback and I did relay to Scott your kind words. We will be adding a note to our shipping packaging providing our contact information so the end user can contact us directly, if they are having any trouble during the thermostat setup process. Your feedback makes us stronger - keep it coming!
STILL THE BEST SYSTEM
Having installed possibly my 5th system, I still think this is hard to beat where applicable. Always well designed and simple to layout.
