Customer Is So Very Happy with the New Floor.
My customer, who has a shore home in Brigantine Nj had a problem with the first floor being cold for there was a craw space , insulated well but the floor was always cold. We removed the fabulous existing hard wood floor, installed 1/4" Hardi Backer board, WarmlyYours floor heat and new porcelain tile that looked like weathered wood . After completion the first floor was nice and warm. In fact , the heat dissipated to the second floor and the existing heater never kicked on all weekend. It was 24 degrees out and windy. Home owner is so happy and warm.

Shipping issues
I ordered this product and quickly received shipment of not one but 2 heated panels both were white glass and the plug in versions problem was I ordered ONE mirror hardwired version, It took many calls texts and emails to get sorted out and after 4 weeks I finally got another shipment This time it was a mirror but it WAS NOT a hardwired version, After consulting my electrician and WarmlyYours tech support I decided to keep it and cut off the plug to wire it directly, Throughout this somewhat frustrating transaction the salesman Troy Barton was extremly helpful prompt and pleasant to deal with. The problems with wrong product shipment were elsewhere in the supply chain. Mirror is not installed yet but seems very well made.
Shawn, we apologize for the original shipment issue. Our current version of Ember panels are dual connection, meaning they can be used “as is” to plug into a standard 120 VAC outlet or they can be modified by a licensed electrician to have a hardwired 120 VAC electrical connection.

Works Great! Some Installation Issues.
I bought this thermostat because it was the only one I could find where I could program in my pre-existing non-standard 5k ohm floor sensor resistance. The price was 3x that of a good and capable Honeywell unit, but I needed one to work with my sensor. Installation was somewhat difficult as it is designed to have the stiff solid copper wires from the house attached directly to the thermostat. Other brands have flexible twisted wire leads attached to the T-stat that are then "wire nutted" to the house leads. As the module on the back of the Tstat is nearly as tall as the opening in the electric box, wires could not be inserted into the ends of the Tstat as I believe it was designed for. I had to take the snap-on cover off the back and run the leads to the terminals in the other direction. Cover could not then be reattached (not really an issue). Again, due to the size of the module I had to drill a hole for the sensor wire as the existing hole routed the senor wire over the metal edge of the electric box. In my case, my original Tstat was installed in a double wide box, so that was good. I don't think it would have been possible to install this Tstat in a single wide box. With all that behind me, the unit is working well and I am happy with it.
The other brands' flexible wire connections actually fill the box with unneeded wire. Most wall-mounted line voltage devices, like light switches, use the same type of screw connections. This results in less wiring in the box and less space taken up by wirenuts. This leads to cooler temperatures inside the wall box. These devices are designed by the manufacturer to fit into a single space box. The snap-on connector in the back is designed to be removed during the wire attachment and then re-installed when done. This is shown on our video showing how to replace the old unit with the new. This device may not fit as well in a very shallow single gang box, but then again, it is designed to fit into a normal or deep single gang box.

The thermostats that I ordered arrived on time. I got support from the support group. Answered my questions and sent me a link to a video on installation. It was an easy DIY project once I watched the video. This was a much needed upgrade to my system.

Diagnosing the problem was more difficult than resolving it
About every 5 years or so, I have to replace the thermostat. Before ordering a replacement, WarmlyYours responsibly wants to ensure the problem is with the thermostat, not the wiring in the floor. The technician first wanted an Ohm reading so we had to buy an Ohm meter. Then we couldn't understand the instructions on how to take a reading and ended up calling an electrician just to take a reading so we could buy a replacement thermostat. We wound up spending twice the cost of the thermostat when we could have just bought the thermostat and installed it ourselves. That said, I am very happy with my WarmlyYours heating. I just wish it wasn't so complicated to order a thermostat.

Great product however I had to purchase the extra floor senso
Great product however I had to purchase the extra floor sensor directly from WarmlyYours and pay the cost of shipping. Although it arrived quickly, I believe that if it is recommended that a back-up temp sensor should be installed, then these components should be available to purchase in the big box stores that sell the thermostats and floor heating systems.

From using their website, to initial over the phone sales enquires, to shipping times, the product itself, clarity of blueprints and written install instructions, ease of installation, right down to being able to speak with a tech for that added install assistance and peace of mind, THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME!!! This is a model company in how the customer experience should be! Some of the larger corporate giants certainly could take a lesson from WarmlyYours. I typically never engage in giving customer reviews. I simply believe that they should do their job, and I'll do mine. No one sends me a pat on the back and flowers because I have done a good job of paying for goods/services, so don't expect me to send adulations just because you did as you were expected to. HOWEVER, WarmlyYours has so exceeded my expectations, right across the board, that I just absolutely had to respond to them with this review. New Install
I have been using your product for years with no problems.This time I had a different type of installation with these TC-Strip- PC cable fixing. This is not a very good type of fastener. Does not hold the cable very well and when fastening to the floor it does not hold down well

Received the Replacement Thermostat Quickly
Received the replacement thermostat quickly and got it installed. Same footprint as the one from over 10 years ago. installation went smoothly. Floor has never missed a beat since then.
