I had to purchase a replacement for my floor thermostat. I went online, placed and paid for my order. Simple. The next day, I received a call from a WarmlyYours representative stating that she noticed that I was already in their system. She said that since this was a replacement part, I was entitled to a 50% discount. How many companies would be that thoughtful? What an example of this company's character and the way they value their customers.
