Along with our lifetime 24/7 technical support, our two-tier warranty offers coverage for the heating element up to 3 years from date of purchase and the power supply and supplemental accessories for up to 2 years. In order to be eligible for the warranty, the product must be installed in accordance with the accompanying Instructions and Operation Manual, the National Electrical Code (NEC), and all applicable local building and electrical codes.
